As at our desk's UP-RERA portal check of 21 August 2026 — corroborated by our own register mirror read of 29 July 2026 — no Gaur Bento project registration surfaces on the UP-RERA register. Everything else on this page is written against that one position, and this block is the only place the date lives — when a Bento-specific number issues, this block is what changes.
Both reads agree. A register read is a snapshot of a public portal on a given day, not a permanent state, so check the current position yourself at up-rera.in before you rely on anything here. Where is Gaur Bento on the Yamuna Expressway?

The developer's own deck lists the corridor position under “LOCATION ADVANTAGES”, and the wording is worth quoting exactly: “RIGHT ON YAMUNA EXPRESSWAY (Near Exit 2C in Sector-19)” and “OPPOSITE F1 TRACK” — the F1 track being the Buddh International Circuit. The same page lists proximity to multiple universities, and to industrial hubs, business zones and MNCs, without naming them; we have not re-surveyed those, so treat them as the developer's claim rather than our finding.
The project sits inside Gaur Yamuna City, which the deck describes as a 250 acres integrated township. That is Sector 19. It is not Sector 22D — a separate Gaurs launch on the same expressway, whose details get copied onto Bento listings regularly. Our location ledger takes that mix-up apart in full.

Two things fall out of that table. First, the registrations are held by three different promoter companies — Gaursons Realtech, Gaursons Promoters and Gaursons India are separate entities, so a number filed by one of them says nothing about a project filed by another. Second, and more simply: not one of these is registered under the name Bento, because no Bento-specific registration has issued.
Worth saying plainly, because the confusion gets pointed the wrong way: this mix-up is the listing sites' doing, not the developer's. The developer's own deck names no registration number for this project at all — which is the correct posture before one has issued.

The deck's key highlights list “40 STOREYS”, “2 ICONIC TOWERS” and a “MODERN GLASS BUILDING”, with a 45,000 sq.ft. luxury clubhouse. Pre-registration figures like these are not yet fixed by any sanctioned-plan disclosure and can change before launch.
The deck also describes a podium-level landscape — rolling lawns, meandering pathways, stepping stones, a sculpture court, seating pods and outdoor dining space — and a clubhouse programme listing a swimming pool, gymnasium, spa and salon, restaurant, theatre and office lounge. Each of those is the developer's stated intent at a pre-registration stage. None of it is a commitment, and none of it is RERA-disclosed, because there is no registration under which to disclose it yet. We publish the deck's wording so you can compare it against whatever a listing site tells you, not as a specification you can hold anyone to.
How far is Gaur Bento from Noida International Airport?
Roughly 20–30 km, a 25–35 minute expressway drive
Per our own published Gaur Yamuna City distance guide, Sector 19 is approximately 20–30 km by road from the Jewar terminal — roughly a 25–35 minute expressway drive under normal conditions. Sector 19 sits further from the airport than the Sector 22D corridor does.
One correction we carry rather than repeat: the developer's deck still lists the airport as “NEAR UPCOMING NOIDA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT”. Noida International Airport has been operational for domestic flights since 15 June 2026, so that line predates the opening. Confirm the drive time from a current map before relying on any single figure, ours included.
