2. What data we collect

When you submit a lead form on this site (Register Interest, Get Floor Plans, Get Price List or similar), we collect:

  • Name — as entered in the form.
  • Mobile number — to contact you via call or WhatsApp.
  • Configuration preference (3 BHK / 4 BHK) — if selected, optional.

We do not collect email addresses, payment details or government-issued identification through this website.

We also collect standard, anonymised website-analytics data (see Section 6).

3. Why we collect it — purpose of processing

Your personal data is collected and used solely for the following purposes:

  • To contact you with pre-launch details, floor plans, price information and other information about Gaur Plume that you have requested.
  • To share your details with the developer / promoter of Gaur Plume so that they can process your enquiry — you consent to this when you submit a form (see the note below each form).
  • To respond to any questions or follow-up you initiate by phone, WhatsApp or email.

We do not use your data for any other marketing purpose and we do not send unsolicited commercial messages.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of consent — by submitting a form on this site you voluntarily provide your name and mobile number and consent to being contacted about this project, including to your information being shared with the developer/promoter.
