This is not the official website of the developer or promoter of Gaur Plume. Vidastu Advisory is an independent channel partner (RERA-registered agent) and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developer or any group company of the developer. We represent buyers as an independent, registered intermediary.

Nothing on this site constitutes or should be construed as an offer, invitation to treat, solicitation, promise, representation or contractual commitment of any kind. Any price mentioned is an indicative pre-launch figure and may differ from the final launch price or the price at which units are booked.
3. Pre-RERA launch status
Gaur Plume is a pre-launch project. The building plan has been sanctioned and RERA registration of the project with UP-RERA is being obtained. Until the project is registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 (RERA), no bookings or sales are solicited through this site.
Once the RERA project registration number is issued, it will be published on this site and can be independently verified at the official UP-RERA portal: https://www.up-rera.in/.
Prospective buyers are strongly advised to verify the project's registration status on the official UP-RERA portal before taking any decision or making any payment.
4. Prices are indicative
Any prices or price ranges shown on this site (including the price strip displayed on every page) are indicative pre-launch figures only. They are not binding, are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), stamp duty, registration charges, maintenance deposits and other statutory or ancillary charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Final prices and payment plans will be confirmed in the registered Agreement for Sale.
5. Images and renders are artist's impressions
All project images, renders, 3D visuals, lifestyle photographs and other visual content published on this site are artist's impressions and representational only. They do not represent the actual or final appearance of the project, its units, amenities or surroundings, and should not be relied upon as such. Actual finishes, layouts and views may differ.
6. Third-party marks and intellectual property
"Gaur", "Gaurs", "Gaursons", "Plume" and all related brand names, trade marks, plans, creatives and materials are the property of their respective owners. They are used on this site solely for identification and informational purposes. Vidastu Advisory makes no claim of ownership, approval, endorsement or sponsorship by the developer or any related entity.
7. No liability
Vidastu Advisory accepts no liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from:

8. The Agreement for Sale governs
Nothing on this site forms part of, or will be incorporated into, any agreement between a buyer and the developer. The registered Agreement for Sale (executed in accordance with the RERA Act and the relevant rules) is the sole document that governs the rights and obligations of the parties. In the event of any conflict between information on this site and the Agreement for Sale, the Agreement for Sale shall prevail.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Greater Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
