Sector 19 sits further from the airport than the Sector 22D corridor — confirm the exact distance from a current map before relying on any single figure, including this one.
The developer's own broker kit still describes the airport as "upcoming" and quotes a ~15-minute drive time — both outdated. We correct it here rather than repeat it: the airport is open, and our measured figure is 25–35 minutes, not 15.
