Nine UP-RERA filings carry the Gaur Yamuna City name. Not one of them is Bento.

Nine records, one promoter entity, and no row named Bento

Searching the registered project name across our own mirror of the UP-RERA project register for Gautam Buddh Nagar — 966 records, read on 29 July 2026 — returns nine records whose registered name carries the words Gaur Yamuna City. All nine name the same promoter entity on the record, Gaursons Realtech Private Limited. The earliest two were registered on 31-07-2017 and the most recent on 17-02-2021.

Searching the same 966 records for the word Bento — in the project name, in the record slug, and across the full raw field set we store for every record — returns nothing at all. Our desk's own check on the live portal on 21 August 2026 did not surface one either. Neither read is today's position: the portal moves continuously, so treat both as dated snapshots and confirm the current position yourself at up-rera.in before relying on anything here, ours included.

All nine are valid, current registrations of the Gaursons group for their own projects. Nothing on this page suggests otherwise, and nothing here should be read as a registration, approval or sanction for Bento — the point is simply that these nine records describe nine other buildings. Two of the nine, UPRERAPRJ342117 and UPRERAPRJ351477, are the two most often quoted as Bento's; each is resolved in full on the Bento RERA numbers page.

A certificate is issued to one named promoter for one named project

All nine township filings above name Gaursons Realtech Private Limited. The two Sector 22D filings that get quoted in the same breath as Bento name different entities: UPRERAPRJ622344/11/2025, registered as GAUR CHRYSALIS (PHASE 1) on 04-11-2025, names Gaursons Promoters Private Limited; and UPRERAPRJ950965/07/2026, registered as GAUR ALARIS (PHASE 1) on 28-07-2026, names Gaursons India Private Limited.

Three distinct promoter entities inside one long-established developer group, each holding its own certificates. That is ordinary corporate structure, and it is also the cleanest test a buyer has. A registration does not travel between projects, and it does not travel between entities. If the promoter named on a certificate is not the entity behind the project in front of you, the certificate is describing something else — however adjacent the two are, and however similarly they are marketed.

The sector on the record is a second, equally quick test: the Chrysalis and Alaris filings are recorded at Sector 22D, while Gaurs Studio Bento is described in the developer's own deck as sitting in Sector 19 inside Gaur Yamuna City. No — and here is the case that shows why

A name search finds records whose name matches. It cannot find a filing recorded under a name that does not contain the words you searched. The same promoter entity behind all nine rows above also holds 2nd Parkview (UPRERAPRJ4464, registered 01-08-2017) and 32nd Parkview (UPRERAPRJ4193, 05-08-2017), whose registered names carry no township wording at all. The address field is blank on both records in our mirror, so the register as we hold it does not tell us which township either one sits in, and we are not going to guess on your behalf.

So the nine above are a name match, not a census of everything filed at this township. That is precisely why the Bento finding does not rest on a name search: we ran the word Bento across every stored field of all 966 records — names, slugs and the complete raw field set captured from each record — and it returns nothing. A whole-field search is the stronger test, and it is the one we publish. Run your own on the live portal before relying on either result.

No. One nearby record with township words belongs to a different promoter entirely

Widening the same search from Gaur Yamuna City to just Yamuna City returns a tenth record: Yamuna City Mall, UPRERAPRJ892259, registered 30-11-2022 to Wall Rock Developers LLP. A perfectly ordinary registration by an unrelated firm, and we name it here only because it makes the underlying point concrete: township words inside a project name are marketing geography, not provenance. The promoter column identifies who filed, the registration number is what the register is indexed on, and the project name is the one field that can be made to look like anything.

Four steps on the authority's own portal

• Go to up-rera.in directly — the official Uttar Pradesh RERA portal. Type the address yourself rather than following any forwarded link, ours included.
• Open Registered Projects from the portal's own Search menu, or use its Verify RERA Registration tool.
• Search the township words first. Type Gaur Yamuna City and read the list back against the nine rows in the table above. Then type Bento and read what comes back for that.
• Then search any number you have been quoted, and read two fields on the record it returns: the project name, and the promoter. Those two together are what the number covers, whatever a listing page says it covers.

No record of its own means no designated project account — so this desk stays at a refundable Expression of Interest

Each of the nine records above brings its own protections to its own project: a registered name, a named promoter entity, a declared completion date filed with the authority, and a designated project bank account into which a mandated share of buyer money must go, released against certified construction progress. Those protections attach to the record, and only to the project the record names.
