Yes — Phase 1 (RERA UPRERAPRJ622344/11/2025, granted 4 Nov 2025) is RERA-registered and sold out as of July 2026. Launched at approximately ₹8,000/sq.ft, the final launched BSP was ₹11,000/sq.ft, pricing its 1,910-2,495 sq.ft units at roughly ₹2.10-2.74 Cr. Phase 2, marketed as Gaur Plume or Chrysalis 2.0, is now RERA-registered as Gaur Alaris (UPRERAPRJ950965/07/2026) with current BSP ₹8,499/sq.ft* — a separate opportunity if you'd rather consider the newer phase. Does Gaur Plume / Chrysalis 2.0 carry Phase 1's RERA number?
No. Gaur Plume / Chrysalis 2.0 does not inherit Phase 1's registration. It is pre-launch, with its own separate RERA registration — UPRERAPRJ950965/07/2026, as Gaur Alaris. Verify both independently at up-rera.in.
Are there any Gaurs Yamuna Expressway options under ₹2 Cr?
Yes — Gaur Alaris (Phase 2, formerly Gaur Plume) is the one that qualifies, with its 3 BHK entry from approximately ₹1.32 Cr* at the current BSP. The older Chrysalis (Phase 1) does not qualify at today's pricing — its smallest unit runs roughly ₹2.10 Cr and up at the current BSP, and it is sold out as of July 2026 in any case. Gaur Yamuna City township pricing isn't published here to compare. Treat ₹1.32 Cr* as indicative pre-launch pricing, not a fixed offer.
