Gaur Plume (Codename Plume) is at Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh — on the corridor connecting Delhi, Noida & Agra, with Noida International Airport roughly 15–16 km away via the expressway (per developer; the airport is operational, commercial flights began June 2026). The centrepiece is a peacock-inspired, multi-level circular clubhouse of approximately 85,000 sq ft (per brochure) with a double-height lobby, anchoring a 75+ amenity set across distinct lifestyle zones. Amenities are per the developer's brochure and conceptual; final specifications are governed by the Agreement for Sale.
